Lensgo.ai provides AI-powered travel image generation services. Users can input text prompts to generate travel-themed images using our artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes: - AI image generation from text prompts - Style presets for different photography styles - Image storage and organization features - Download and sharing capabilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for: - Safeguarding your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing - Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights - Produce deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive - Generate explicit, adult, or NSFW content - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) remain the property of Lensgo.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. For images you generate: - You retain rights to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes - Free tier users must include the Lensgo watermark on generated images - Paid users receive watermark-free images with full usage rights - You may not claim the AI-generated images as photographs or human-created art

Free accounts receive a limited number of daily generations. Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans. - Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law - Purchased credit packs do not expire - Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over - Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice - All payments are processed securely through Stripe

In no event shall Lensgo.ai, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from: - Your use or inability to use the Service - Any unauthorized access to your account - Any content generated through the Service - Any errors or omissions in the Service Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding: - The accuracy or reliability of generated images - The Service meeting your specific requirements - Uninterrupted or error-free operation - The correction of defects AI-generated images may not accurately represent real locations or may contain artifacts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
