By accessing or using Lensgo.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Lensgo.ai is an AI-powered travel content creation platform. The Service includes: **Studio** - AI image generation from text prompts with style presets - AI video generation (text-to-video and image-to-video) **Travel Tools** - Teleport — AI-generated travel photos featuring your likeness at destinations worldwide - Duo Travel — two-person travel photos using AI - GlowUp — AI portrait enhancement with creative presets - TimeTravel — historical era portrait transformations - Portrait HD — AI-powered face refinement and upscaling **Flow** - Content pack automation for travel creators and businesses - Visual Canvas editor for building content pipelines - Campaign, Pack, and Template management **General** - Image and video storage, organization, and collections - Community gallery and sharing - Download and export capabilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for: - Safeguarding your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing - Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights - Produce deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive - Generate explicit, adult, or NSFW content - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models **Face and Likeness Rules** When using features that involve facial images (Teleport, Duo Travel, GlowUp, TimeTravel, Portrait HD): - You must only upload selfies of yourself or people who have given you explicit consent - You may not use another person's likeness without their permission - You may not use the Service for impersonation, identity fraud, or harassment - For Duo Travel, both participants must consent to the use of their facial images We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

Certain features require you to upload a selfie or facial image. By uploading a selfie, you acknowledge and agree that: - Your facial image will be transmitted to third-party AI providers (including Replicate and Google) for processing - Facial images are used solely to generate the requested output and are not used for facial recognition, identification, or surveillance - Selfie images are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of upload - Generated output images (which may contain your likeness) are retained according to your account type - You have the right to request immediate deletion of your selfie data by contacting support@lensgo.ai We do not sell, license, or share your facial image data for any purpose other than generating the content you requested.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) remain the property of Lensgo.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. For content you generate: - You retain rights to use generated images and videos for personal and commercial purposes - Free tier users: generated images include a Lensgo watermark - Paid users: receive watermark-free content with full usage rights - You may not claim AI-generated images as photographs or human-created art without disclosure

Free accounts receive a limited number of daily generations (with watermark). Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans. - Purchased credit packs never expire - Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over - Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law - Unused credits remain available if you cancel your subscription - Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice - All payments are processed securely through Stripe

In no event shall Lensgo.ai, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from: - Your use or inability to use the Service - Any unauthorized access to your account - Any content generated through the Service - Any errors or omissions in the Service Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding: - The accuracy or reliability of generated images or videos - The Service meeting your specific requirements - Uninterrupted or error-free operation - The correction of defects AI-generated content may not accurately represent real locations, may contain visual artifacts, and should not be relied upon as factual representations.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state in which Lensgo.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
